Privacy policy

This privacy policy sets out how I (Phil Doleman) use and protect any information that you provide when you use this website. I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any information that you give me will only be used for the purpose for which it was given. This policy may change, and you should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

 

What I collect

I collect names and email addresses using MailChimp as my mailing list manager. I use a double opt-in method, which means upon signing up you will receive an email asking you to confirm, and each email you receive (and the sign up form on this website) includes a link should you wish to unsubscribe. You can view MailChimp’s privacy policy here.

For online sales I collect your name, postal address and email via PayPal. As Paypal process your payment, I do not have access to any credit/ debit card or bank information you supply to them in the payment process. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

 

What I do with the information I gather

• Periodically send emails about news, products, offers or other information which I think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

• Deliver physical products to your postal address, and download product links to your email address.

• I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law to do so.

 

Security

Signup information (passwords, etc) will be kept secure, and Paypal login is set to use a security key requiring both computer login and a one time PIN sent to the mobile phone associated with the account. Any suspicious activity or suspected security breach will be immediately reported.

I adhere to the 2016 General Data Protection Regulations. You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
